Notice of AGM and Annual Report

SimplyBiz (AIM: SBIZ), a leading independent provider of compliance and business services to financial advisers and financial institutions in the UK, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Monday 27^th April 2020 at 12:00 noon at The John Smith's Stadium, Stadium Way, Huddersfield, HD1 6PG.

The following documents will be posted or made available to Shareholders today:

·      The 2019 Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report");

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 (the "AGM Notice"); and

·      Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting 2020 (the "Proxy Form").
